Pancakes are Delicious

I have said this before. Recently. Lately, I can't get enough. A while ago, I couldn't get enough burgers. Big handmade ones with pickles and mustard. Before that, I had major sushi cravings. All.the.time.

I have endearing food cravings that may last a day or a month. Pecan pie. Wonton soup. And I've talked about bacon and banana sandwiches before. I'm not sure where they come from. On a craving my (then) boyfriend and I went to the shops and bought 8 types of cereal. Then spent a day eating them in different combinations. Yummo.

I am though a believer in honouring food cravings. If you want it, darn have it. (You can have anything you want, but not everything you want). So I do. I had pancakes (again) last night. I may have them today. Or I may feel like something else.
.
.
Do you crave?

mmmmm, pancakes. I'm off to make some now!!

I go through lolly cravings. I eat a lot of lollies. For about a month or so it will only be one type, like snakes. Then next month it will be frogs or something. A bit weird. Oh well!

Yes, I crave. First it was Cream of Vegetable Cup of Soup, then it was natural yoghurt with museli. Now it's... chewing gum. Does that count as a food?
Love your blog

yes pancakes are lovely, but I am crap at making them. I think the key is probably a nice frying pan- which I don't have, or am I just a bad cook blaming her tools?

I love pancakes but I am incapable of making them. I know they are meant to be easy but maybe I'm missing the pancake gene, sad, very sad. I agree with Bek, it's totally the frying pan's fault!

I always crave fizzy drinks, particularly soda water.

ooh I love pancakes! My only lament is that they don't freeze well so I can't make a big heap and reheat them when I get the urge
